THE DARING SURVIVORS™ PROGRAM

OUR MISSION

Through education, our mission is to build and strengthen the health and well-being of survivors of family members who have passed away due to health-related issues, violence, suicide, and traumatic occurrences.  We are inclusive of survivors of first responders, military service members, and victims of crimes such as mass shootings. We help survivors progress through their grief focusing on new paths.

We use experiential learning methodology to engage survivors in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase their knowledge, develop skills, and clarify values, for survivor well-being.

Our use of peer support activities, and community inclusion and belonging tools aid survivors to find wholeness to live within their communities in the absence of their loved ones.
